중국은 이 프로젝트에 5,500억 위안을 투자했는데, 총 면적은 815.67 헥타르이고 식물 면적은 334.4 헥타르에 달합니다. 이 공장에서는 석탄을 원료로 사용하는데, 이중 연간 원료탄 19.376 만 톤, 연료탄 5.219만 톤, 총 24.595만 톤 소비되고 있습니다.
이 프로젝트의 연간 물 소비량은 2,478만 평방미터입니다.
프로젝트가 완료되어 운영에 들어가며, 연간 405만톤의 석유를 생산하고 있으며, 이는 석탄 간접 액화 실증사업의 독립적인 지적재산권을 가진 단일 투자 포트폴리오이자 세계 최대 규모의 설비입니다.

이 사업은 광산 테일링 탠덤 전처리 및 막담수화, 석탄화학 폐수 전처리 및 막담 수화, 준준위 배출처리 등 전처리 및 막담수화 플랜트의 1단계 사업입니다.
이 단계의 총 수처리량은 5,000m³/h에 이르며, 두 장치에 16 pcs의 고유동 하우징이 필요합니다. 각 하우징에 대한 수처리량은 300m³/h를 달성했으며 각 하우징에는 8 pcs 40inch 필처 요소가 포함되어 있습니다.
공장에는 두 개의 RO 시스템이 있습니다. Raw water는 사전 여과 및 RO멤브레인 여과 후 폐수 및 광산수와 결합됩니다. RO 막 처리 후 물은 다음 생산 공정으로 이동합니다.
